Mr Gasket® ships orders via FedEx or USPS. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
You agree that Mr Gasket® is not liable for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by the shipping carrier or other events outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact Mr Gasket® Customer Service.

Returns and Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with a Mr Gasket® product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following terms:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

To initiate a return, please contact Mr Gasket® Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep proof of delivery until the refund is issued. Returns are processed within 2 weeks after Mr Gasket® receives and verifies the items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Mr Gasket® reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges for any reason. All refunds and exchanges are subject to Mr Gasket®Return and Refund Policy terms. Custom or modified products are non-refundable.
Product Warranties
Mr Gasket® offers limited lifetime warranties on many products. See product pages and packaging for specific warranty details.
If an item is defective orfails under normal use, Mr Gasket® will repair or replace theitem at no charge within the warranty coverage period. Issues related to normal wear and tear are not covered. The warranty only applies to products that are properly installed and used under normal conditions.
To obtain warranty service, please contact Mr Gasket® Customer Service. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase and documentation describing the product issue.
If Mr Gasket® determines that warranty coverage applies, we will ship a replacement product to you at no charge. Mr Gasket® reserves the right to request that defective products be returned for inspection before issuing refunds or replacements.
Customers are responsible for installation costs related to warranty replacements. Mr Gasket® warranty coverage only applies to products purchased directly from Mr Gasket®. Products purchased through unauthorized retailers are not covered.
The Mr Gasket® limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use or installation, or other causes not related to product defects.
